Gandhi and his followers
didn’t have much organization or structure, they were just under one person,
which was Gandhi. For example, it’s like a company without any positions just a
CEO and the employees. It was also by choice whether they wanted to join or
not. The culture between them is a peaceful culture because Gandhi wanted a
march that was non-violent. He fought for independence and still manages to
keep peace within India and that inspired many people.
Like mentioned, it was all up to choice you could leave anytime you want or come back anytime you want. They needed to maintain a peaceful culture as to not disrupt or disturb anyone and also to avoid violence or any fights forming. Women were not allowed to join the march though because women wouldn't provoke the law enforcers like men do so we do actually see a little bit of sexism here.
